For the custom synthesis — are we going to have a way to indicate “curated” vs. “non-curated”? Well curated clades may have “preferred” vs “problematic” trees. There may be certain trees we have looked at where we have certain cautions to potential users…problematic taxonomy, erroneous sequences, etc…do we want users ultimately to have a way to “flag” something problematic? That can get tricky, but no reason to have people attempt to reuse a really bad or problematic tree any more than we would want someone to use a really problematic DNA sequence
